Meet Charlotte Fuller, a world-travelling, award-winning digital transformation expert, host of The Technically Confident Podcast and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) champion with a passion for elevating the place of women in tech after personally experiencing burnout whilst working within a male dominated environment that had a toxic work culture; which caused her to step off the treadmill, re-examine her future and come back fighting!
Known as the ‘Confidence Queen for Women in STEM’, Charlotte helps industry-leading organisations empower their female talent so that women in business thrive.
Charlotte, who lives and works nomadically, describes her background in consulting as “not at all traditional,” has experienced the many challenges that so often come with being an ambitious woman in a typically male-dominated environment and she’s now on a mission to empower women in STEM and the organisations they work with and for, to; combat low retention, increase employee happiness and reduce absenteeism in the workplace.
